Returning a product to us?
No problem.
We hope you love your Brooke & Bloom London pyjamas, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your unworn items within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
How do I return?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it in: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
