What is the return policy?

We want you to love your Brooke & Bloom London pyjamas, but if they’re not quite right, we’re here to help. You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, with tags still attached and proof of purchase. To start a return or ask any questions, just email us at info@brookeandbloom.co.uk.

When will I get my order?

We aim to ship your Brooke & Bloom London order as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
